Orange Molasses Pork Chops – these were good. I didn’t have orange juice concentrate so i just used regular juice. I also reduced the marinade because there wasn’t enough sauce. Would be good on the grill too.

Ingredients

• 2 lbs (6 chops) thick-cut pork chops
• ¼ cup molasses
• ¼ cup orange juice concentrate
• 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
