Orange greek salad



2 cups Romaine
2 cups spring greens
2 oranges
Grape tomatoes (cut in half)
Kalamata Black Olives
1 Avocado
6 oz. Feta Cheese

Peel and section orange and cut sections in half. Add all ingredients and mix together. Crumble Feta cheese and add to salad and gentle toss.

Orange Vinaigrette

1 orange, juiced
Zest from orange
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. onion (finely chopped)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. white pepper

In a small bowl add juice and zest from orange, vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, and olive oil and whisk all together. Transfer into a serving bowl.
Pour the dressing onto your salad and serve.
Extra dressing can be stored in refrigerator for a couple of weeks.[/expand]
