Gluten Free Flour Tortillas – you may need to add more water to the recipe. Also, keep in mind that non-wheat flour doesn’t tend to bind as well and you will need to take care to keep them moist (steamed) while waiting to use them.

  • 1/2 cup white rice flour
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 3/4 cup water
