4 cups fresh corn kernels (from 6 ears)
2 cups halved grape tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 ounces Cheddar, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions
Combine the corn, tomatoes, chives, oil, lemon juice, Cheddar, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Serve at room temperature.
