It’s got everything I love: savory chicken, pasta, caramelized veggies, and sweet simplicity.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups diced onion
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/3 cups Israeli (Pearl) Couscous
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz (about 3 cups) chopped chicken
