
Ingredients:2 TB Butter
2 TB EVOO
1 Onion
2 Cups Grilled Chicken Breasts
1 Cup frozen Veggies
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Can Creamy Corn
1 Cup Milk
2 Chicken Bullion Cubes
1 Cup Mozzarella CheeseĀ

Instructions:
1. Grill Chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
2. Saute Onions in Butter and EVOO until clear.
3. Add frozen Veggies and Milk to Onions and stir until warm.
4. Add Cream Cheese and sit until cheese is fully melted.
5. Add in Creamy Corn and crumbled up Chicken Bullion Cubes.
6. Bring mixture to a boil and add Mozzarella Cheese.
7. Enjoy!
