Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Cake with Apple Cider Glaze – cake came out good – would add pumpkin pie spice to the cake next time and pair with cream cheese frosting or cream cheese glaze. The glaze as written was toooooo sweet – tasted mainly like powdered sugar – the cake was better without it.
