Raspberry chia smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

Directions
Place the raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, banana, chia seeds, and vanilla, if desired, in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
