The result is an oversized cookie full of crunch and gooeyness.
The key to getting the chewy caramel just right is to not overbake these. Bake these for 8-10 minutes and the cookies may not look done, but if you let them cool on the pan they will be perfect.

INGREDIENTS
1 (17.5 ounce) Betty Crocker Peanut Butter cookie mix (and ingredients called for on the package)
- 1 (17.5 ounce) Betty Crocker Double Chocolate Chunk cookie mix (and ingredients called for on the package)
- 4 tablespoons flour, divided
- 1/2 cup pretzels, coarsely chopped
- 16 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped and cut into fourths
