Garlic cheese muffins Follow
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Tbls sugar
1 Tbls baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Cups cheese, shredded, whichever kind you prefer, I used sharp cheddar
1 Cup milk
1/4 Cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 Cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk dry ingredients together and stir in cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk and butter.
Pour this over the wet mixture and combine thoroughly with a spoon or fork. Evenly distribute mix in a WELL greased muffin tin. This makes 12 large muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
Melt the butter, add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
When muffins are straight out the oven brush evenly with glaze. Serve warm, enjoy!
