Chicken Spaghetti

I’ve had chicken spaghetti and liked it, seen recipes for it but I wanted something that was different, so I made this.



  • 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken (or fresh if you want to boil it yourself as mentioned above)
  • 1 10 3/4 oz Can Tomato Soup
  • 1 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 10 oz Can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
  • 2 Cups (8 oz) Velveeta, shredded (try and look for the pre-shredded before doing it yourself for this recipe)
  • 2 Cups (8 oz) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz Spaghetti, uncooked
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
